Key responsibilities of your role:
As a in our Tech-Studio AD/O1 in Bucharest, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the financial success of the operation. This will involve working closely with the Tech Studio transferred to the Tech Studio. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.
In addition, you will be responsible for controlling the X-charges and G&A costs associated with the operation. This will involve working closely with the IT team to develop and implement cost control strategies, monitoring and analyzing IT spending, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations to optimize IT spending. In this role, you’ll be a member of the European Business Planning & Performance team and member of the staff of the tech studio lead. You’ll report into the Head of Finance IT & Digital.
- Financial Closing; you pre-prepare and manage the financial closing process, ensure compliance and deliver accurate budget forecasts.
- Budgeting / performance management, generate budgets, forecast and last estimates to stay in control of the Tech-studio costs, including providing information to give clear insights to the participating countries.
- Continuous Improvement: keep tools, processes and reports up-to-date and utilize new developments and tools.
- Participation in projects: You’ll actively participate in broader European projects and ensure correct reporting on European IT-costs.

Requirements:
- Experience in business control, preferably in a multinational setting.
- Preferably you bring experience from a Tech/IT company, in addition, you understand the pace and need of a start-up environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English, additional European languages are a plus.
