Domain Architect for the Customer & Loyalty Domain:

You hold a critical position in shaping the omni-channel customer experience across our BeCSE brands. You lead and contribute to the development of reference architectures, establishing best practices and frameworks to drive innovation and efficiency within the domain. Furthermore you ensure that architecture decisions consider the total cost of ownership (TCO) and you guide solution choices towards optimal outcomes.

Architectural Strategy and Reference Architecture for Loyalty in the BeCSE Region:

Develop a comprehensive architectural strategy and reference architecture to shape the future of loyalty solutions tailored for the BeCSE (Belgium, Central & Southeastern Europe) region. Effective communication of this reference architecture is crucial, ensuring alignment with diverse IT and Product Management stakeholders across the region.

Contribution to the Global Offer & Loyalty Engine Study for the BeCSE Region:

Ahold Delhaize is conducting a comprehensive global architecture study on the future of loyalty solutions involving stakeholders from all three Ahold Delhaize regions (USA, BeCSE and The Netherlands). As a representative of the BeCSE region, your role is pivotal in ensuring that the findings and recommendations of this study resonate with the needs and dynamics of BeCSE brands.

Enhancement of Salesforce Service Cloud:

Salesforce Service Cloud serves as the cornerstone of customer service across our diverse brands. You will take the lead as architect in upcomming projects aimed at further enhancing Salesforce Service Cloud. These enhancements will focus on boosting the efficiency of our customer service departments while concurrently elevating the overall customer experience.

Master's degree (preferred) in information systems, information management, computer science, or a related field
Prior 10 + years of experience in complex IT landscapes and large organizations
Proven experience as IT Architect and/or Enterprise Architect
Experience with modern development methodologies such as microservice
Development, building the end-to-end customer journey
Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft
Expertise in project management, escalation, process management and business
Systems requirements definition
Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, DevOps) or the SAFe framework would be appreciated.
Experience using cloud-based infrastructure is desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English language
