What does this mean for you?

Your new role and environment.

As our PMO Support you will report into the Director Office of the CTO for EU Business Technology, based in Zaandam.  You will collaborate primarily with direct colleagues in the EU CTO Office being the EU Product Owner for ServiceNow SPM (NL based, covering Portfolio and Time Writing) and the PMO Specialist (BE based, responsible for project delivery control and respective risk & controls). Our organization is evolving and with that our ways of working as well. You will therefore step into a dynamic work environment in which changes is the only constant.

Key responsibilities of your role.

In this role, you ensure that our time-writing, financial and project data processes run smoothly and reliably across EU Business Technology. To do so you will:

  • Serve as the primary Point of Contact for time writing towards end-users. This means supporting, guiding and training users as needed.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow DevOps on incidents, changes, testing and releases for the time writing and SPM module .
  • Collaborating daily with our PMO Specialist responsible for project control delivery to ensure alignment on compliance checks, governance standards and project health assessments.
  • Executing structured “chasing” activities with Project Managers, Architects, BSAs and other delivery stakeholders to ensure timely updates, complete data and reliable delivery reporting.
  • Supporting audits and compliance reviews by preparing required evidence, validating data, and ensuring adherence to delivery processes.
  • Contributing to broader PMO operations including communications, documentation, onboarding materials, and process support.
  • Operating flexibly and independently within a dynamic, distributed environment where priorities may shift quickly.
  • Traveling occasionally to other Ahold Delhaize EU locations as needed.

Requirements.

We think you’ll be best geared for success if you can meet the following requirements:

- 3–5 years PMO/project support/tech operations/analyst experience
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, SPM module is ideal but not critical
- Understanding of portfolio, financial planning, project delivery processes
- Strong data quality and analytical skills
- Experience with reporting and dashboarding
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
